Install "POWERWARE" Voltage Stabilizer and Start Earning Form the Day One.
A voltage stabilizer, as the name
suggests helps us to have a stabilized the voltage. When there is a high voltage
then it makes it to the required level of electrical equipment and vice versa.
Stabilized input to the machines helps us to increase the efficiency of
machines as well as quality of final product improves.
Now we consider the two cases i.e
over voltage and low voltage, in first case i.e in case when the voltage is
higher than the voltage at which equipment is designed to operate most
effectively. Due to this over voltage problem equipment lifetime will reduced
and increases in energy consumption without any improvement in performance.
Similarly in second case when the voltage goes on lower side than the required/
designed voltage, due to this problem number of problem will generate in
equipment, for example contactors and relays may drop out which will be the
reason for interruption in operation of machines.
Your expensive equipment is being
subjected to undesirable stress because of improper voltage. Typical
ill-effects on some common equipment are illustrated below.
Equipments
|
Effects of under voltage
|
Effects of over voltage
|
UPS Systems
|
Low Battery Life
|
Failure
|
Electronics
|
Malfunction
|

|
Electron Tubes
|
10% drop reduces Cathode
emission by 40%
|
5% increase reduces tube life
by 50%
|
Rectifier Loads
|
At 10 % under voltage, plating
rate drops by 20%, charging rate Drops by 25%, welding time increased by 20%
|
Excessive heat generated,
produces poor welds can reduce rectifier life substantially.
Plating/deposition may be uncontrolled.
|
Motors/ Air Conditioning
|
Overload and uneven heating/
low efficiency.
|
Overheating
|
Lamps, Tube lights Heating
Elements
|
Low lux, reduced efficiency.
|
Higher Failure/ high energy
consumption due to over heating
|
Process Plants
|
Increase in wastage of finished
product, stoppage of production
|
Uneven quality
|
Increase Productivity &
Product Quality:
If you install POWERWARE
Electronic Automatic Voltage Controller, an added advantage is increase
in Productivity & quality. This is due to the fact that nuisance
equipment breakdowns due to overheating will come under control &
production will go on uninterrupted. Additionally, due to a well maintained
voltage level, there will be no variations in process parameters leading to
consistent quality.
Further efficiency of POWERWARE
servo voltage stabilizer is approx. 98.5% as compared to competitors (even IS
standard) which specifies only 95%. We give below the calculation to establish
the additional potential saving Rs. 3,78,000/- per year recurring,
which will accrue to you using our high efficiency 500 KVA servo voltage stabilizer.
1. Min.
Guaranteed Eff. of POWERWARE SVS =
98.5 %
2. Eff. of
Other Make =
95 %
3. Difference
is =

4. Rating
of the stabilizer =
500 KVA
5. 3.5 %
of Rated Capacity = 3.5 % of 500 = 17.5 KVA
6. Total
Energy Difference = KVA DIFFERENCE X 12X300 = 63000 Units
7. Cost of
These Energy @ 6.00 per unit =
Rs.3,78,000
So, We can observe from above
that with the help of SVS we can prevent our costly equipments by voltage
fluctuations as well as we can get huge saving on our yearly/ monthly energy
bills.
POWERWARE Servo Voltage Stabilizer is the proven solution for all problems caused by voltage fluctuations and unbalance .It saves your costly equipments and processes from detrimental effects of fluctuating and unbalanced voltages and gives you mental peace to concentrate on more important business issues.
Our products find wide
applications in industrial, commercial, residential, process plants power
electronics, CNC machines etc. not only in the country but internationally
also.

ISSUE OF BIS LICENSE FOR TRANSFORMER
Sai Electricals is an ISO 9001-2008
certified company, professionally managed & promoted by technocrats from
IIT Kanpur with over 3 decades of experience in efficient energy management
& power conditioning. We are committed to reduce global warming by
improving the quality of power & providing high energy efficiency through
optimum selection of equipments., because we understand that losses due to poor
power quality will not only be disastrous for your business, but also for the
globe.
Our computerized design of
transformer gives the high efficiency as well as high reliability. We are also
authorized by Bureau of Energy Efficiency for star rating transformers. Life of
our Energy Efficient transformers got enhanced as these are operated on low
temperatures due to low loss design.
Further we are pleased to inform to
our customers that we have got BIS license vide license No. CM/L-8700024014 on
Dtd. 20.01.2016.
Benefits
to Customer from Energy Efficiency Level 1 BIS Approved Transformer
Efficiency of these transformers at
50% loading is more than 99.5% and at 100% loading efficiency is ranging
between 98.5% to 99.1%. This transformer is highly cost effective when loading
varies between no load to 100%.

HIGHLIGHTED POINTS FOR IS 1180 (Part 1) : 2014
To improve the efficiency of our electrical system recently
Bureau of Indian Standards has taken some major steps to improve the electrical
network of our country and now from 1st Feb 2016 distribution transformer
is added in mandatory equipment list of BIS and to manufacturing the
transformer manufacturer must be obtained the license from BIS for this BIS issued
the Fourth revision of IS 1180 (Part1): Outdoor Type Oil Immersed Distribution
Transformers upto 2500kVA, 33KV Specification. In which BIS have been mentioned
some major changes in the specification of transformers, some of the major
highlighted points are as below:
In revised IS, transformers have been divided in
three categories, which are as below:
a) Three phase distribution transformers upto and
including 200KVA
b) Three phase distribution transformers higher than
200KVA upto and including 2500KVA
c) Single phase distribution transformers upto and
including 25KVA
In revised IS specification, losses for each rating for
each category have been defined in three levels which are denoted by as
follows;
a) Energy Efficiency Level 1,
b) Energy Efficiency Level 2
3) Energy Efficiency Level 3
In each level maximum losses (No Load Loss + Load
Loss) at 50% load & 100% load have been specified for each rating in all
categories. Losses in Energy Efficiency Level 1 is almost equal to ECBC 2009
guidelines.
In revised IS 1180 there are three energy efficiency
levels and for each categories, maximum values of total losses have been
defined on 50% load and 100% load. Losses & percentage value of impedance
for different categories are as below:
a)
Three phase distribution transformers upto and including 200KVA, 11KV Class

a) For transformers having voltage class above 11KV
and upto and including 22KV, the permissible total loss value shall not exceed
by 5% of the maximum total losses values mentioned in table a) & b) for three
phase.
b) For
transformers having voltage class above 22KV and upto and including 33KV, the
permissible total loss value shall not exceed by 7.5% of the maximum total
losses values mentioned in table a) & b) for three phase.
c) For transformers having voltage class above 11KV
and upto and including 22KV, the permissible total loss value shall not exceed
by 7.5% of the maximum total losses values mentioned in table c) for single
